Technical Project Manager
Fulltime Position
CAA Engineering Services is a client-side Project Management Consultancy who manages complex building services and infrastructure projects in environments where operations can’t stop – hospitals, airports, data centres and other live facilities.
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands that good delivery starts long before construction begins. Someone who values planning, verification, risk control and practical solutions that stand up in the real world.
About the Role
You’ll lead projects from early strategy and staging through to commissioning and hand-over.
You’ll coordinate with engineers, operations teams, consultants and contractors to ensure the design, sequencing and delivery are grounded in what’s actually on site — not just what’s on the drawings.
You’ll be responsible for managing technical risk, maintaining continuity of operations and ensuring outcomes are maintainable, safe and fit for long-term use.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years’ project management experience in building services, engineering or infrastructure
- Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management
- Preference is for a multidisciplinary MEP engineering professional with Head Contractor, Sub-contractor and Client side experience.
- Experience delivering works in live operational environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- Ability to manage staging, technical detail and operational risk.
- Consistent delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements
