He has worked across multiple sectors for main contractors, clients, design consultants, and FM service providers, with demonstrated expertise in critical engineering environments such as data centres, casinos, hospitals, integrated resorts, and airports.
Specialising in MEP leadership, Martin is an expert in MEP master-planning, design development, pre-construction planning, on-site delivery, commissioning, and handover procedures in complex environments. He is adept at executing projects within tight timelines and budgets, offering cost-effective solutions and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Advisory services including concept and feasibility analysis, business case and strategic brief development, project briefs, and engineering infrastructure master planning.
- Planning approval pathways, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, obtaining permits, and liaising with authorities.
- Managing contractors to ensure construction quality, resolve issues, and monitor progress and budgets.
- Overseeing design consultants, coordinating designs, reviewing and approving documents, and ensuring client requirements are met.
- Contract negotiations, including preparation, review, and management of agreements, tenders, and risk.
- Representing the client organisation, making key decisions, and acting in their best interests.
- Maintaining commercial contracts, monitoring contractor performance, managing scope, schedule, and costs, and overseeing project performance reporting.
