Roles and Responsibilities
Building Services Engineer – Data Centre, Northern Dublin
Building Services Engineer for a large scale data centre in Northern Dublin to assist in handover. Oversaw all MEP subcontractors engaging in on site inspections, system testing, de-snagging – all monitored by biweekly check ins and updates of progress.
Building Services Engineer – Port Site Renovation
Building Services Engineer for large scale renovation of a 1.6km long port site. Responsible for underground infrastructure, national power & network setup, vehicle management system as well as all electrical & mechanical subcontractors including temporary electrics, CCTV & High Mast Lighting.
Building Services Engineer & MEP Manager – Residential Project, Central Dublin
Building Services Engineer & MEP Manager for residential mega-project in central Dublin. Responsible for design coordination, clash detection, on site inspections all the way through to commissioning & handover. MEP packages all handed over on time and under budget.

Managed HV/LV/Gen, Mechanical, and BMS systems. Oversaw handover and integrated commissioning with subcontractors and client ICA.
Rosslare Europort – Major Port Renovation
Wexford, Ireland – €200M (2023)
Oversaw MEP coordination for 35 new buildings and a complex 33kV HV strategy. Managed underground infrastructure, fire, mechanical, electrical, security, refrigeration, and temporary works.
Sandyford Central (The Hudson & The Oslo) – Residential Build
Dublin, Ireland – €110M (2021–2023)
Led MEP design coordination, clash detection, on-site inspections, and commissioning. Systems included ICT, BMS, HV/LV/Gen, solar, security, and temporary electrics.
