He has delivered major infrastructure projects in complex, live environments, including high-security data centres, cultural institutions, casinos, hotels, defence facilities, and commercial developments. Elliot’s background spans roles as Superintendent, Client-Side Project Manager, Construction Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Electrician, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Representing client stakeholders in the development and management of capital works, operational, and mission-critical projects

• Leading project briefings for consultants and incumbent teams across all infrastructure engineering disciplines

• Managing planning, procurement, design development, value engineering, and delivery staging for infrastructure projects

• Coordinating design to address constructability and performance risks and mitigate project impacts

• Reviewing and monitoring design development, programme, finance, quality, contracts, and long-lead equipment

• Overseeing safety compliance and coordination with business operations
